AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS

Temple Shaarey Zedek sisterhood represents a broad spectrum of women involved in activities which enrich our Congregation, support our Religious School, and enhance our Youth Programs. They also provide educational activities and opportunities enabling Sisterhood members to grow as concerned Jewish Women.

Their contributions to Torah Fund help support the Jewish Theological Seminary. They also maintain and staff the Judaica Gift Shop which affords them the opportunity to donate funds back to the Synagogue.

The Brotherhood is open to every male member of Temple Shaarey Zedek. Our diverse membership continues to grow and supports a wide variety of programs that include religious, social, and educational experiences.

The Brotherhood meets during the calendar year on the first Monday of each month for a dinner meeting, after which a guest speaker is invited to address the group. The Brotherhood is a working organization as well, helping the Temple in a variety of ways, including ushering at the High Holy Day services.
